When exactly does billing start for a collaborator?
When a CC'd person sends a substantive reply in a project thread — not just "thanks" or "got it." Maven detects this automatically. Until then, they're a lurker and they're free.
What happens to billing when a project completes?
Maven marks the project complete, removes all collaborators from the billing count, and your Stripe subscription quantity drops accordingly. You stop paying immediately — no manual cancellation required.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
